The breakfasts were especially wonderful ... ALL of us (even the fussy teens) enjoyed them and we looked forward to each morning's gathering for breakfast. The woman who was in charge of the breakfasts really went above and beyond to please! She was a delight to talk to as she took so much pride in giving the best breakfast to her customers. (Give that girl a RAISE ... she truly is a gem!) We would DEFINITELY stay there again AND recommend the Best Western Hotel in Shelby to others!
We are grandparents and were traveling from Pennsylvania with three teen grandchildren to attend our son's wedding. We loved the Best Western in Shelby! The staff was friendly and made our stay easy-peasy :-). The rooms were clean and the decor very modern and pleasing. We all had a great sleep every night that we stayed. We could not have asked for more.
nice hotel, very friendly staff. the motorhome park in the back is a nice touch .easy access off the freeway. need to fill in some potholes though from the shopco parking lot as that is the entrance to the hotel property as well.
The best hotel ever! Customer service is outstanding. Rooms spotless. What a bang for your buck. Check in was fast and very entertaining....Casey I think her name was.

We had a very special family visit in a very small and out of the way location. Although it was the best hotel in the city, I was not expecting much. The hotel in general and our rooms specifically were very clean and comfortable. The whole staff was friendly and accommodating. I have to give a special kudos to Jennifer in Shelby, MT for just being so great to us.
we will stay again in the future. A good travel distance from Calgary to stay at. The town of Shelby is friendly and the 24 hr truck stop has a good supply of amenities for late arrivals.
I had brought with me my 2 golden retrievers. Nice place for them to run and play.
