Bathrooms are mostly broken (locks don't work on several stalls, sink tap missing cold water handle), no separation or trees between sites, train tracks nearby, the list goes on.
Nice, quiet park. Only myself and one other camper. Just had a pronghorn and her fawn come through. Nice for the money.
If it was cheap, I'd let everything slide as we just stopped for the night to break up a long drive, but the site was one of the the MOST expensive of our entire trip (and by far the worst).
Best of all? Automatic sprinklers came on in the middle of the night soaking everything (and rotated around the grounds until morning). We were fine with a good tent, but a group of young women had their sleeping bags and clothing soaked and ended up sleeping sitting in their van.
Great little community campground! Clean & quiet. Passing through late October only one there. Don't know if the $25 a night is their rate year round or winter. But water off/bathrooms showers locked up now. Had 6 deers here this morning. Decided to stay an extra night.
Very nice campsite. Its very quiet and like the other guy pointed out you only hear coyotes, and the occasional train.
No reservations, self-serve pay in drop box, quiet, clean, beautiful trees. Would have liked closer water hookup in pull through site...lucky our water tank was full.
